Man airlifted to hospital after fall from rocks
A man was airlifted to hospital after falling on rocks at High Force.
The Great North Air Ambulance was called into action to resuce the man in his mid 50s.
He had fallen on rocks at High Force Waterfall, in Teesdale at 4.05pm, yesterday.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, after treatmen by the doctor-led aircrew, in a stable condition suffering from multiple injuries.
