Hartlepool pub's beer festival raises charity cash
The Fishermans Arms, in Southgate, has just completed its third beer festival under the tenancy of Paul and Lana Williams.
The event was the most successful so far. Fish customers were treated to music on Saturday night from Another Country and on Sunday night from Pek and Wanley, who brought the house down once again.

Hide AdThe pub raised more than £100 for local charities, including the Heugh Battery and the Headland defibrillator fund.
The pub will be holding events throughout the year with a gin and cider festival planned for the summer.
The next event is the monthly pindrop which will be on April 2, featuring Ian Prowse and support.
