Wannabe detectives invited to play interactive 'Ripper' adventure game coming to Hartlepool
The Hartlepool Ripper by CluedUpp Games takes place in town on Saturday, September 25, and allows teams of up to six sleuths to follow a series of clues to crack the case.
Participants play the game via the makers’ smartphone app which takes them on a journey all over town, hunting down virtual witnesses and locating vital clues.

Hide AdCluedUpp founder Tref Griffiths said: “Due to the success of our previous events, we've come up with a truly thrilling outdoor experience that will keep gamers on their toes.
"In the new version of our game, wannabe sleuth’s will be able to test out their detective skills and see if they have what it takes to crack the case.”
The premise for the game is that three men have already been struck down by The Ripper and fear is taking its grip on the town.
The police can’t cope with such a complex case and it is up to the players to turn detective and catch the killer.
The game is available on both iOS (iphone) and Android.
